Gary Bauch has been part of the Perfection Tire family for more than 55 years. He began his career as a tire installer and worked his way up, gaining hands-on experience and learning every aspect of the tire and automotive repair business along the way.

Inspired by Perfection Tire’s owner-operated model and its commitment to serving local communities, Gary decided to carry those traditions forward by opening his own Perfection Tire and Auto Repair location on Northwest Boulevard in Spokane. He built his business around the values that have guided him throughout his career: honesty, integrity, trust, and treating every customer fairly.

Today, Gary’s team is an integral part of the operation. He has worked hard to build a group of skilled professionals who share his values and understand the responsibility that comes with earning a customer’s trust.
